Delivery & Returns

Collected posts rentals nationwide with NZ Post. To receive your rental garment via post, please select the post option at checkout. Please note that once your payment is processed and we have received this there can be no refund made.

There is currently no overnight guarantee for delivery so I use the fastest available option which takes one to three business days to arrive. Please ensure that items are booked in plenty of time to allow for arrival. For garments to be received for a Friday event the latest day to make your booking is the Monday before the event.

Postage is an additional cost of $15.00 added onto your overall garment price, this includes an NZ Post tracked bag for the return of the garment. 

Rural post

If you live rurally please select this option at the checkout to ensure it arrives in time as rural post may take an extra day for delivery.

Returns

Returning your garment is done by handing the garment enclosed in the return postage bag over the NZ post counter, or by arranging a courier pick up from your address via the NZ Post website.
