Pick Up & Local Returns

Collected offers a pick-up option of your garment for free which can be selected at checkout if you are renting your garment locally in Queenstown.

Pick up of your rental will be arranged between Collected and the customer once a booking has been made and will usually be from the shop.

Returns must be made to our parcel drop box located outside the store at 5 Appin Court the first business day following your rental date. You will be able to access the parcel drop box any time however if you cannot return your rental by 5pm please make arrangements for the rental return at the time of booking or pick up.

Customers will be liable to pay a late fee of $20.00 per day overdue if failing to return the garment by the next business day and failure to return the rental within three days will result in a further full rental fee charge. See Terms & Conditions for more information regarding fees.
