Refund policy
Once your rental has been secured with payment made no refunds will be issued. This applies to situations where you have changed your mind, the garment does not fit or your event is cancelled etc.
If you decide to cancel your rental for whatever reason, please contact Collected by Kat at least one week prior to the booking date as a credit can be issued.
I take great care to ensure all rental garments reach you in good condition, in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the condition of an item please contact me within four hours of receiving your rental to discuss this.
